Voice instructors at the Harrison School of Music teach students how to sing the songs they want to sing! From rock to pop, jazz to country, gospel to broadway, R&B, or classical we are sure to have the voice teacher that can teach you the singing style you want to learn! Voice students can expect to learn proper breath control, vocal exercises, ear training, and sight singing in addition to music theory, tone production and pronunciation.
Vocal students are encouraged to bring their favorite music in lesson to work on! Twice per year, our school offers FREE optional recitals with a a professional accompanist for our students to perform in front of an audience of friends, family and teachers. We rent professional theatres for these events, and our vocal students always bring the house down! HOURS:
Lessons are available 7 days a week:
Monday-Friday from 11:00am – 8:30pm
Saturdays from 9:00am – 4:00pm
Sundays from 1:00pm – 6:00pm

WHAT DO YOU LEARN IN YOUR MUSIC LESSONS?
That question is often asked by prospective students. The answer is that our teachers make it a priority to get to know you on a personal level and to become familiar with your personal musical needs and goals. We do not treat every student the same in terms of what and how we teach. A seven year old having their first guitar lesson will have very different needs than a fifty seven year old taking up piano for the 2nd time after having had lessons as a child. The main reason to choose the Harrison School Of Music as your music lesson provider, is that we are sensitive to the fact that every student is an individual. If you enroll here for lessons, we will work with you to make a plan that will fit your needs and musical preferences. At the first lesson your teacher will ask you about your favorite type of music, and set goals to help accomplish whatever musical aspirations you have for yourself or your child.

Our teachers have received their education from prestigious institutions such as New York University, Indiana University, Berklee College of Music, University of North Texas, Manhattan School of Music, University of Miami, Juilliard, SUNY Purchase and more! Many of our instructors have gone on performance tours of the US and Europe. In addition to their teaching credentials, our teachers have warm personalities, are extremely friendly and strive to get to know each student and their parents on a personal level.

RATES:
$57.00 per 30 minute private lesson held once a week.
There is a registration fee of $60.
